LOCATION

I currently do not have a sign out front (working on it)! This address will lead you to an office building. Please see my LOCATION tab for detailed directions. You can also check out my Location Highlight on Instagram for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me 24 hours notice. If you fail to cancel, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment. This applies if you no call/no show, as well. 

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled I will charge you 50% of you appointment.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

They are not allowed in the service room. If they are old enough to sit in the waiting room alone, then that is fine. Sorry for any inconvenience.

SICK POLICY

If you are sick, please RESCHEDULE your appointment. Please be considerate. :) 

REFUND POLICY

Under NO circumstances will Bloom Beauty issue refunds on products or services. If a product malfunction occurs, I will do my best to fix the issue. I need to know within 48 hours if something has gone wrong to qualify for a free fix.

BOOKING ONLINE

Your card will NOT be charged at time of booking. This just holds your card info so I am able to charge you a No Show/Cancellation fee if needed.

PRE BOOKING

Please remember to pre book at least 1-2 appointments ahead of time. It is not required, but highly recommended to ensure you get a spot when you want. Evening spots book up fast.

LASH STYLES

Please acknowledge that your desired lash style may not be attainable due to your natural lashes. This can change throughout the seasons as well since we she more during certain times of the year, resulting in thinner, shorter lashes.

FOREIGN FILLS

I am happy to fill over another artists’ work. However, if the lashes are severely damaged I may require a removal and full set.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR FILLS

At least 50% of your lashes must be remaining. Please be aware of your grown out ones I need to remove- these are not included in the 50%! If you wait too long for a fill, you most likely have too many grown out ones. If you have less than 50%, I may charge you an extra fee. Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set! Please book your fills accordingly. You should never dread how you lashes look walking into your appointment- this means you’ve waited too long. If you need some extra TLC, please book the extended appointment. 

AFTER HOURS FILL

I will gladly book you an emergency appointment after or before normal business hours for an additional $25.

MINI FILLS

I am now offering mini fills again! Please do not take advantage of me and book a mini fill when you need a full fill. This is more for clients who like them fresh & full every week, or ones who need a quick touch up before an event. I will not be cleansing the lashes before your appointment to ensure I use all of the 45 minutes to lash you, so PLEASE come with clean lashes. :)

AFTER CARE GUIDELINES

By booking with me, you agree to my Lash After Care rules.

CLEAN LASHES = HAPPY LASHES!

For you and me both! Please arrive with clean lashes. This means NO mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, etc. Mascara causes your fans to close up and results in damaged extensions. This will require a removal and new set.

Each day oils, dead skin, first and makeup build up on your lashes/lash line. You can avoid this by gently cleansing EVERY DAY! EXTENSIONS DON’T STICK TO DIRTY LASHES!!!
